Content & Social Media Executive – Permanent The Content & Social Media Executive will play a key role in driving brand growth, engagement, and demand across the company’s digital channels. This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone who can both create high-quality content (photo & video) and manage social platforms with a commercial mindset.You’ll be responsible for producing engaging content that showcases our products, builds brand authority, and supports campaigns — while ensuring our social presence is consistent, relevant, and performance-driven. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation (Core Focus) • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and videography for use across social media, website, and marketing campaigns, • Create content that showcases gaming PCs, components, setups, and lifestyle use cases, • Produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) aligned to current trends and platform best practices, • Develop longer-form or campaign content where required (product launches, promos, brand pieces), • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards Social Media Management • Own the company’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), • Plan and schedule content across platforms, ensuring consistency and frequency, • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding where appropriate, • Identify trends, memes, and opportunities to increase reach and relevance, • Continuously optimise content based on performance and platform insights On-Camera & Brand Presence • Confidently present on camera for video content (product showcases, trends, explainer-style content), • Record voiceovers and contribute to scripting where needed, • Help build a recognisable and consistent brand voice/personality across channels Campaign & Commercial Support • Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and key trading periods, • Create content that supports product launches, offers, and key commercial moments (e.g., • Black Friday, new GPU releases), • Align content output with wider marketing strategy (paid, email, website) Performance & Reporting • Track content and social performance using platform analytics, • Report on key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions where possible), • Identify what’s working and iterate quickly, • Contribute ideas to improve ROI from content and social activity Skills & Experience Essential • Experience in content creation (photography & videography), • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), • Experience managing and growing social media accounts, • Confident being on camera and/or recording voiceovers, • Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar), • Good understanding of current social trends and content formats, • Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once Beneficial • Interest or knowledge of PC hardware/gaming industry, • Experience working in e-commerce or retail brands, • Understanding of performance metrics and content optimisation, • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Personal Qualities • Creative but commercially aware — understands content needs to drive results, not just look good, • Proactive and full of ideas, but able to execute consistently, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, • Confident, personable, and not afraid to be on camera, • Strong attention to detail and pride in output quality, • Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product, and commercial teams What We Offer: • Opportunity to shape and grow the brand’s social presence, • Creative ownership with real impact on business performance, • Exposure to a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the gaming space, • Staff discounts on PC hardware and custom-built systems, • Access to employee benefits scheme (retail, lifestyle, entertainment discounts), • Clear progression into senior content, brand, or social leadership roles, • Company benefits programme Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum DOE Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
