The Role As a CRM Manager, you’ll drive the development, execution, and optimisation of customer relationship marketing programmes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your mission is to deliver personalised, data-driven experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value across Vanquis’s product portfolio. You’ll own the CRM roadmap, lead multi-channel automated campaigns, and collaborate with data and analytics teams to create targeted, impactful communications. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital transformation, embedding best practices, and ensuring compliance with data regulations while mentoring the team to build technical expertise. As a CRM Manager, you will: • Lead the adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform across the marketing team, providing best practice guidance and support to the team and wider business, to deliver our digital transformation., • Own the CRM roadmap for existing customers across Vanquis banking products, ensuring alignment with product and commercial objectives., • Lead the development and technical execution of personalised, multi-channel automated lifecycle campaigns (e.g. email, SMS, and push channels)., • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to segment audiences and personalise existing customer programmes., • Define and embed best practice business, customer and channel performance metrics (e.g., conversion, retention) for existing customer marketing., • Monitor and report on performance, shaping test and learn to drive continuous improvement., • Promote and embed CRM best practices and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data regulations., • Lead and mentor the marketing team to build technical expertise in journeys and automation., • Manage use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within marketing team, providing best practice input on configuration, data integrity, user roles, and integrations in conjunction with other cross-functional teams., • Provide key support in the management of supplier relationships. What We’re Looking For • Significant experience, with a proven track record in a senior CRM or customer marketing role., • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and campaign automation tools., • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)., • Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of FCA guidelines., • Effective communicator, able to translate complicated principles to a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders in a compelling way, • Strong grasp of data management, segmentation, campaign automation and personalisation., • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)., • Line management or team leadership experience.
