Essential: • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in property or a similar fast-paced environment., • Strong understanding of UK property sales, AML, and compliance., • Excellent motivational and coaching skills with the ability to inspire buy-in and change., • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term results with long-term vision., • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and adaptable in a dynamic, evolving environment.
