Morson is delighted to be partnering with a leading national organisation who are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover basis due to start in January 2026. With an exciting period of change and growth underway, this business is seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team covering East Anglia. The Opportunity Reporting into the HR Director, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the people strategy, embedding cultural change, and ensuring HR is seen as a trusted and visible partner across the region.
