Integration Engineer Location: Newbury (Remote / On‑site when needed) Full‑time | Permanent Are you hands‑on with integrating business systems, comfortable working with APIs, and confident getting integrations live? Join our client as an Integration Engineer and play a key role in delivering practical, application‑level integrations across the organisation. You’ll be directly involved in building, configuring, testing and supporting integrations between core business applications (CRM, HR, Finance and more), ensuring data flows reliably and systems work together day to day. Why You’ll Love This Opportunity • Be directly involved in delivering real, working integrations, • Work across core business platforms that underpin day‑to‑day operations, • Take ownership of integrations from requirement through to live and BAU, • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, Operations and third‑party suppliers, • Make a tangible impact on data accuracy, efficiency and operational reliability What You’ll Be Doing • Hands‑on delivery of integrations between internal business applications, • Configuring and supporting API‑driven integrations using REST APIs, • Working with middleware or integration tools (e.g. Logic Apps, Power Automate or similar), • Translating business processes into working, technical integrations, • Managing data synchronisation, validation and error handling, • Troubleshooting integration issues and supporting fixes through to resolution, • Working directly with stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery, • Documenting integrations clearly to support ongoing maintenance and improvement What We’re Looking For • Proven hands‑on experience delivering integrations, • Strong practical understanding of APIs, data flows and system integration, • Experience integrating business systems such as ERP, CRM, HR or Finance platforms, • Confidence working with integration or middleware tooling in a delivery environment, • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and own them through to resolution, • Clear communication skills when working with both technical and non‑technical teams, • (Bonus) Experience with iPaaS platforms, automation tools or Azure‑based integration services.
