You can work across different sessions depending on your availability. About the Role You will support children with a wide range of additional needs to take part in activities, play, socialise and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. The role can involve supporting children with complex and challenging needs. Some children require personal care, including support with toileting and changing nappies. Some of the children we support can also become very physical when dysregulated. You will need to be confident remaining calm, following agreed support plans and working closely with the rest of the QuestLearn team. Positive handling training would be very beneficial, although it is not essential.
