Social and Emotional Support: Provide companionship, encourage social interaction, and support individuals in maintaining relationships and activities. Household Support: Assist with light housework, including cleaning, laundry, and other domestic duties as necessary. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, documenting any changes in condition, incidents, or concerns.
