Permanent, full time role .Job Duties and Responsibilities • Process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll for employees, • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings, • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, • Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension contributions, and labor regulations, • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies, • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries, • Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, and salary changes, • Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, • Understanding of payroll legislation and tax requirements, • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
