Job Title: Remote Sales Executive (Commission-Only) – Off-Grid Solar & Wind Solutions Location: Remote (Field visits required) Contract Type: Self-Employed / Commission-Only On-Target Earnings (OTE): £80,000 per annum About the Role We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Executive to promote and sell off-grid solar and wind energy products to both end users and trade resellers. This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity offering uncapped earning potential, with realistic OTE of £60,000 per year. The successful candidate will generate and manage their own pipeline using social media outreach, direct prospecting, and in-person visits to potential customers and reseller partners. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and closing high-value sales within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities • Proactively generate leads via social media platforms and digital outreach, • Identify and approach potential end users and reseller partners, • Arrange and conduct site visits and face-to-face meetings, • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable off-grid solar and wind solutions, • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, • Maintain accurate records and manage your own sales diary, • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Candidate Requirements • Proven sales experience (renewable energy, technical products, or field sales preferred)not essential, • Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently, • Professional appearance and polite, enthusiastic manner, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Confident conducting both online and in-person sales presentations, • Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively, • Full driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits Personal Attributes • Well-presented and professional at all times, • Positive, energetic, and target-driven, • Organised with strong diary management skills, • Resilient and comfortable working in a commission-based environment What We Offer • Uncapped commission structure, • Realistic £80,000 OTE, • Full product training and ongoing support, • Flexibility to manage your own time and territory, • Opportunity to work within the growing renewable energy market Application Process To apply, please submit: • An up-to-date CV, • A recent professional photograph attached to your CV Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial discussion.
