What We’re Looking For: A passionate, hands-on leader with experience as a Head Chef. A positive, can-do attitude, with a genuine love for cooking and leading a team. Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen – we do have a Kitchen Porter to assist, but cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility. Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality dishes. Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and minimal waste. Develop and update menus in collaboration with the management team, maintaining creativity and alignment with our Australian-inspired concept. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times. Maintain and improve kitchen systems, prep schedules, and cleanliness standards.
