This role offers stability, variety, and the potential to transition into a permanent position. The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring all work is completed within the required SLAs. Duties will include: • Minor electrical works and basic fault-finding, • General maintenance, including painting, basic fabric repairs, and unblocking toilets, • Managing and updating work orders via a PDA using the site's CAFM system, • Signing in, supervising, and escorting subcontractors on site, • Sending completed PPMs to the Technical Supervisor for upload, • Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ/City & Guilds), • Strong background in FM within commercial or corporate buildings, • Confident in client-facing environments, • Able to prioritise tasks and communicate clearly with supervisors, • £28.17 per hour (TN2), • 09:00-16:00, Monday to Friday
