Key Responsibilities • Undertake project feasibility studies and detailed technical design of Electrical Services., • Produce technical drawings and full electrical tender packages., • Monitor electrical works on-site, reporting on conformity and quality., • Conduct electrical condition surveys, pre-acquisition, dilapidation, and PPM surveys., • Act as a technical advisor to clients and support contractor designs., • Carry out duties efficiently in accordance with internal processes and procedures., • Comply with commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies., • Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards., • Liaise closely with internal project teams and support the development of commercial strategies. What We're Looking For • BSc in Electrical Engineering (minimum)., • Recognised M&E qualification., • Chartered or willing to obtain MCIBSE (or equivalent)., • Proven track record in a similar role or site engineering., • Independent electrical design experience from RIBA Stage 0-4., • Asset surveying, condition assessment, and technical due diligence., • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam; REVIT experience beneficial., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong client-facing and customer service abilities., • Well-organised, proactive, commercially astute, and a collaborative team player., • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (majority Southwest & South Wales)., • Committed to supporting the growth of the in-region M&E service.
