The Role This is a key commercial role responsible for driving sales and employer engagement activity across West Yorkshire (Selby through Leeds to Sheffield). You’ll take ownership of your own territory, managing a pipeline of opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering a first-class consultative sales experience to employers across engineering and manufacturing sectors. What You’ll Be Doing • Delivering a consultative sales approach across apprenticeship and training solutions, • Managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities to achieve personal sales targets, • Building strong, long-term relationships with employers and key accounts, • Delivering engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospects and clients, • Attending meetings with employers, stakeholders, and industry contacts, • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all activity, • Gathering and sharing market intelligence to support business strategy, • Supporting and attending events, exhibitions, open days and promotional activities, • Contributing to team activity, meetings and wider organisational initiatives What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in business development, key account management, or employer engagement, • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to influence at all levels, • Confident presenting and building credibility with clients, • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware, • Comfortable managing your own territory in a home-based role, • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Experience in a similar role and sector would be a distinct advantage. You’ll ideally be based centrally within West Yorkshire, given the regional coverage of the role. Why Apply?
