Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their Planning Team (currently 5 strong) and looking for a commercially minded, proactive planner who thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You’ll work on projects ranging from £250k to £25m, leading complex developments across the UK from concept to delivery. The Role You will: depending on your staring level • Lead and manage the planning process for major schemes nationwide, • Prepare and sign off planning reports, • Provide strategic planning advice to clients, • Represent the company at committees and stakeholder meetings, • Oversee applications, appeals and planning conditions (RIBA Stages 1–6), • Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement within the team What We’re Looking For • Degree in Geography, Urban Planning or related (2:1+), • 3–4+ years’ experience in the private sector (consultancy or developer side), • RTPI Chartered or working towards, • Strong project management and communication skills, • Full UK driving licence Who This Would Suit, are you A or B - or both? :o) The Ready-Made Senior Planner You’re already operating at Senior level but want more ownership, more meaningful projects, and a culture that aligns with your ambition.
