Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to join our small friendly team. In this role, youll be the backbone of our team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business activities while supporting our members. What youll do • Be the first point of contact for our members, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, developing strong and reliable relationships., • Manage the end-to-end support of our member training programme, managing bookings, arranging venues and providing resources for the trainers in good time., • Oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency., • Develop, implement, and maintain processes, policies, and documentation to support our services to members., • Ensure our information to members through our knowledge base is up to date and easy to access., • Ensure we have up to date data in relation to our membership that is compliant with data protection requirements., • Identify initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and keep the business running at its best., • Organise company events, meetings, and activities that bring people together., • Manage relationships with suppliers, exhibitors, and service providers to ensure value and reliability., • Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings., • Support the Chief Executive with reporting, data analysis, and business insights to guide decision-making. What were looking for • Proven experience in office management and business support., • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail., • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and implement practical solutions., • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders., • Tech-savvy and confident with tools like Office 365, Xero and CMS Systems. Knowledge of Zendesk would be an advantage., • Someone who takes pride in being the go-to person who keeps everything on track.
