We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cook to join our small kitchen team based within a private members club in Sutton. We are looking for someone who is confident preparing classic English and British cuisine, with a good understanding of traditional, homely dishes and the ability to produce food to a consistently high standard. Our kitchen serves 2–3 courses each evening, with numbers ranging from approximately 10–100 members per night. We also cater for private functions and events throughout the year. The role would suit a Cook who enjoys classic pub/bistro-style food, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in good-quality, well-presented food. Training and support will be provided, but previous professional kitchen experience is required. -Preparing and cooking classic British/English dishes -Preparing 2–3 course evening meals -Supporting the kitchen during busy services -Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation -Following food hygiene and allergen procedures -Keeping the kitchen clean and organised -Assisting with private events and functions throughout the year
