Director, Finance Operations (FinOps Director) Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS group operating across multiple European markets, seeking a Director of Finance Operations (FinOps) to lead and scale its global finance operations function. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, with responsibility for building a best-in-class, scalable finance operations platform that supports growth, transformation, and value creation. The role has ownership of invoicing, collections, accounts payable, and selected administrative functions across a complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and optimise global Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls, • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end invoicing process, including people, process, and systems, • Drive strong cash collection outcomes while maintaining a high-quality customer experience, • Oversee customer onboarding, billing setup, and ongoing customer data maintenance, • Manage group-wide insurance programmes, including renewals and negotiations, • Deliver productivity gains through process improvement and automation initiatives, • Lead and support finance transformation and optimisation projects, particularly within NetSuite, • Act as a senior stakeholder partner across Finance (Accounting, Treasury, FP&A) and the wider business, • Manage relationships with external vendors, including third-party invoicing providers About You • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent), • 7–10+ years’ progressive finance experience, including leadership of operational finance teams (invoicing, AP, AR, collections), • Strong background in B2B SaaS, software, fintech, or financial services environments, • Proven experience operating in multi-entity, multi-country organisations, • Comfortable in fast-paced, change-oriented and private-equity-style settings, • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, particularly billing and order-to-cash processes (highly desirable), • Confident communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, • Highly structured, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented leadership style Why Apply? • High-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership, • Opportunity to shape and scale finance operations in a growing international SaaS business
