About the Role You will: • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised, recovery-focused care plans, • Deliver evidence-based, client-centred interventions tailored to individuals with eating disorders, • Facilitate structured therapeutic group programmes, • Lead discharge planning and ensure effective follow-up support, • Work collaboratively with Community Mental Health Teams, inpatient services, and wider professional networks, • Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members where appropriate, • Contribute to ongoing service development and clinical innovation, • Support individuals with complex mental health, physical and social care needs to build the confidence, resilience, and practical skills required for greater independence and sustained recovery. About You • BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, • HCPC registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, • Post-registration experience in eating disorders and/or mental health, • Experience delivering group interventions, • Confident working independently, • Experience supervising junior staff, • Reflective, research-informed and committed to CPD, • Experience working with young people (16+) and CAMHS is desirable.
