Role OverviewThis role involves managing a varied portfolio of audit and non-audit clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality statutory accounts and audit assignments, and mentoring junior team members. It offers exposure to a broad client base and clear progression opportunities.Portfolio value: up to £750K Key Responsibilities Client Management • Manage a portfolio of audit (where applicable) and accounts clients, acting as the main point of contact, • Oversee team/resource planning, WIP, and billing in line with internal KPIs, • Ensure efficient use of IT systems, • Manage client onboarding and disengagement with admin support, • Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service, • Identify additional service opportunities and support business development Accounts • Review statutory accounts under UK GAAP (FRS 102/105) and IFRS where applicable, • Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with standards and firm procedures, • Ensure assignments are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, • Deliver complete files to Directors ahead of reviews, • Contribute to quality improvements and stay up to date with regulation Audit • Plan, manage, and review statutory audits from planning through completion
