Fish Filleter Location: West LondonSalary: £35,000 - £40,000Reporting to: Production ManagerJoin Our Production Team We’re looking for a dedicated Fish Filleter to support our busy production environment. If you take pride in high-quality food preparation, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a team that values excellence and hygiene, this could be the perfect role for you.What You’ll DoAs a key part of our production team, you will: Prepare fresh fish to high standards – scaling, gutting, filleting, boning, pocketing, canoeing, and skinning. Process fish and shellfish by portioning, weighing, packing, labelling, and preparing orders for delivery. Handle finished products using manual or mechanical equipment, ensuring accurate packaging and stacking. Maintain exceptional food safety, including stock rotation, temperature checks, quality control, and preventing cross-contamination. Inspect products for defects or issues and act accordingly. Clean and maintain tools and work areas, including sharpening knives and keeping equipment sanitised. Meet performance standards, such as strong timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to hygiene requirements.
