Your New Role: Field Care Supervisor (FCS) As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between our care teams, clients, and management—ensuring exceptional, person-centred care is delivered in the community. You’ll lead with compassion, uphold compliance standards, and champion best practices across the service. ?? What You’ll Be Doing: ?? Client Care & Quality Assurance • Conduct initial assessments and regular care plan reviews, • Perform spot checks, audits, and quality monitoring visits, • Ensure care packages meet individual needs and preferences, • Respond to concerns and escalate when needed, • Attend multi-agency meetings and support clients with health appointments, • Mentor and supervise care workers in the field, • Lead staff introductions, shadowing, and competency checks, • Identify training needs and support development, • Promote safe practices and specialist skills, • Assist with rota planning and emergency cover, • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance, • Liaise with managers to ensure continuity of care, • Act as a key liaison between clients, staff, and management, • Report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and changes in client needs, • Proven experience in care, recruitment, admin, or quality assurance, • Strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and CQC standards, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • Confident working independently and using IT systems (Excel, Word, care platforms), • Willingness to travel – Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, • Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification You’ll need access to a laptop/computer and mobile phone (BYOD unless otherwise agreed). �?
