Private Client Solicitor – Remote (UK-based) – 3+ Years PQE Location: Remote (UK-based) Type of Role: Full-time or Part-time Salary: £35,000 to £80,000 (commensurate with experience) Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a leading law firm in Dorset in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work remotely while contributing to a well-established and supportive private client department. The Role This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including: • Probate and estate administration, • Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), • Trusts and care of the elderly, • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, • Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters, • Ensuring high standards of service and client care You’ll be joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions. Candidate Requirements Ideal candidates will have: • A minimum of 3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx, • Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration, • Preferably some experience in trust work, • Excellent communication and client-handling skills, • A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently Working Arrangements This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
