Finance Administrator • Hourly Rate: £14–£15 DOE, • Location: Carlisle area, • Contract: Temporary (approx. 3–6 months) Day-to-day of the role: • Raise sales ledger invoices and handle related queries., • Manage incoming and outgoing post and respond to internal and external telephone calls., • Maintain and monitor the shared finance mailbox., • Process purchase invoices, including Web Expenses., • Support credit control activities., • Assist with sales invoicing and general finance administration., • Produce analysis and reporting as required., • Provide support and cover for finance colleagues., • Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and finance regulations., • Strong Excel knowledge., • Experience using accounting software (Pegasus Opera desirable)., • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office., • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards., • Strong attention to detail with an analytical, methodical approach., • Confident problem-solver who can take tasks through to completion., • Works accurately under tight deadlines., • Comfortable working independently and within a team., • Competitive hourly rate., • Opportunity to work within a well-established organisation.
