What you’ll be doing You’ll be responsible for field service, repairs, and technical support across a wide range of systems, including: • Performing service and repair work on a broad scope of specialist communications and IT equipment., • Completing installations, testing, and commissioning activities—both standard and bespoke., • Liaising directly with customers to plan and prepare field visits., • Preparing tools, test equipment, and materials—sometimes with short notice., • Producing clear technical reports, timesheets and expense documentation., • Maintaining and accounting for allocated vehicles, IT kit, mobile devices, and test instruments., • Supporting datacoms and satcom testing, repairs and equipment builds in the workshop when needed.
