Job Title: Learning & Development Officer (Trainer) Location: Poringland, Norfolk (and across JMR Healthcare as required) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift to meet the needs of our staff and services. You will design and deliver training sessions, manage compliance records, and support colleagues to embed learning into practice. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, strong IT capability, and the confidence to present and coach effectively. Above all, you’ll bring creativity, professionalism, and a values-driven approach to everything you do. Requirements: To apply for our Learning & Development Officer role, you will need (Essential): • Experience working as in a Learning and Development role, with experience delivering training, • To be proficient in MS Office and training software, • To be an excellent comminutor, including both verbal and written forms of communication, • A qualification in L&D, CIPD Level 3, or the desire to work towards this qualification, • Experience of working in a healthcare, education, or other regulated sector Founded in 2020, JMR Healthcare has grown into one of the East of England’s most respected care providers, delivering high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
