You will have an expert tutor on hand if required. Step 3 - Risk Assessments You will write a series of risk assessments that need to be up to a workplace standard. This is a requirement to gain your NEBOSH certification. Step 4 - NEBOSH Exams The exams can be sat in one of the official NEBOSH testing centres, or online. (Online only currently available for general certificate). Your Job Upon Completion Once you have completed all of the mandatory training and exams, we will place you into an entry level health & safety role as either a advisor, officer or coordinator, where you will be guaranteed a starting salary of £25K-£45K. Duties Manage all facets of a Korean restaurant, including food preparation, service, and guest satisfaction. Oversee kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to guarantee a smooth service experience. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with chefs to develop culinary trends, craft menus that emphasise seasonal dishes, and introduce novel ingredients. Train and mentor staff in food preparation methods, hospitality skills, and providing excellent customer service. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required to ensure smooth operations. Experience Proven experience in managing a Korean restaurant or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of Korean food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Supervising experience is essential; previous roles in team management are highly advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience in serving customers in a busy environment is advantageous. Previous experience in hotel or barista roles will be considered an advantage. Strong leadership skills emphasising team development and motivation.
