Marketing Manager Shrewsbury (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office) £40,000 – £45,000 ⏰ 37.5 hours per week About the Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse and growing group of businesses within the experience-led / leisure sector. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take strategy and turn it into action—driving campaigns, leading a team, and delivering measurable commercial results. As highlighted in the job description, this position is central to ensuring marketing activity directly contributes to growth, engagement, and brand consistency. The Role Reporting to the COO, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery while leading and developing a small team. You’ll: • Translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans and campaigns, • Lead integrated B2B and B2C marketing activity, • Own campaign delivery, timelines, and marketing calendars, • Optimise performance using data, insights, and reporting, • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality audience engagement, • Manage budgets and drive ROI across campaigns, • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with execution. Key Responsibilities • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, • Oversee content, messaging, and customer engagement strategies, • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, • Manage workflows, processes, and campaign performance, • Ensure compliance with marketing and data regulations, • Track and report on ROI, lead generation, and commercial impact, • Act as a key link between marketing, sales, and leadership About You You’re a confident, commercially-minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
