What You’ll Be Doing With structured support and autonomy, you’ll take ownership of the full search lifecycle: • Developing and managing client relationships across Germany and Europe, • Winning new business through proactive outreach and consultative conversations, • Leading executive search projects from briefing through to placement, • Identifying and engaging senior-level candidates, • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess leadership capability and motivations, • Advising clients on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategy, • Managing negotiations and closing deals, • Working towards clear revenue targets in a performance-driven environment, • Building your personal brand as a specialist in your market You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and shaping leadership teams across the DACH region and beyond. What We’re Looking For You don’t need executive search experience — but you should bring: • 1–5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, or another client-facing commercial role, • A proven track record of working towards and exceeding targets, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Commercial awareness and a consultative mindset, • Resilience, ambition, and a desire to progress quickly, • A genuine interest in people, business, and long-term relationship building Fluency in German would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.
