This role focuses on achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Sales & Lead Generation\n\nMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.\n\nIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offers.\n\nConvert qualified leads into sales through consultative and persuasive communication.\n\nAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by management.\n\n2. Customer Relationship Management\n\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.\n\nHandle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nFollow up on leads and previous interactions to nurture potential opportunities.\n\n3. Data & Reporting\n\nMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.\n\nProvide daily and weekly reports on call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline updates.\n\n4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\n\nWork closely with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams to align strategies.\n\nParticipate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and coaching to enhance skills.\n\nContribute ideas to improve sales processes, scripts, and customer engagement strategies.\n\nINDAB
