Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons. Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra support. Helping with classroom prep, displays, and resources. Encouraging positive behaviour and tracking student progress. Building strong relationships with students, staff, and families. Accessing ongoing training, mentoring, and CPD throughout the year.
