This role ensures the smooth running of the business from pre‑launch through day‑to‑day operations, driving efficiency, consistency, and growth. The Head of Operations will work closely with the founders and management team to build strong operational foundations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership • Oversee all operational activities of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance., • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and procedures., • Lead operational planning for business launch and ongoing growth. Project & Launch Management • Manage end‑to‑end project timelines for restaurant setup, launch preparation, and expansion activities., • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all operational milestones are achieved. Supplier & Procurement Management • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food, equipment, and services., • Build strong supplier relationships and ensure consistent supply chain performance., • Monitor cost control, quality standards, and delivery reliability.
