Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our ecommerce and social media strategy. You will manage key digital sales channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our newly launched ecommerce website) and develop innovative social media campaigns to build brand presence and drive sales. This is a strategic and hands-on role where creativity and execution meets data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Management • Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to achieve sales growth targets across ecommerce channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and ecommerce site)., • Channel Management: Oversee operations on ecommerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance through pricing, promotions, product listings, SEO, paid advertising and performance analysis., • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on ecommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rates, traffic, etc.), using insights to optimize strategies. Social Media Management • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other recommended platforms., • Content Creation: Collaborate with creative 3rd parties or independently create engaging and on-brand content tailored to each platform., • Community Engagement: Build and nurture an engaged online community, • Analytics: Track social media performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI using tools like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or others. Brand Development • Identify and recommend new opportunities for brand presence on emerging platforms and digital trends., • Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital channels. Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners (designers, agencies, influencers, Kervan Gida Turkey) to deliver on goals. What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience • Proven experience in ecommerce management (Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms)., • Hands-on expertise in social media strategy, including content creation and paid campaigns., • Experience using analytics tools for performance tracking (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)., • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling posts and ads., • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling., • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities., • Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms. Bonus Skills • Experience working in the FMCG or confectionery sector., • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)., • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and ecommerce or social media.
