You will provide expert legal advice and representation across a wide range of complex immigration matters, delivering exceptional client service. Role Overview As an Immigration Solicitor, you will be entrusted with managing a busy immigration workload from start to finish. You will advise a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and businesses on UK immigration law and related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and strong client outcomes. The team is known for its client-focused approach, clear communication and practical legal solutions. Key Responsibilities \n • Manage a full private immigration caseload from instruction to conclusion\n\n, • Advise clients on all aspects of UK immigration law, including but not limited to:\n, • Skilled Worker and work-based visas\n\n\n\n, • Sponsor licence applications and renewals\n\n\n\n, • Family and private life applications (in-country and out-of-country)\n\n\n\n, • EU Settlement Scheme matters\n\n\n\n, • Student and visitor routes\n\n\n\n, • British citizenship and naturalisation\n\n\n\n, • Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)\n\n\n\n, • Human rights and private asylum claims\n\n\n, • Prepare and submit visa applications, Home Office representations, appeals and administrative reviews\n\n, • Conduct client consultations, eligibility assessments and deliver clear, practical advice\n\n, • Prepare detailed legal submissions, witness statements and representations\n\n, • Handle immigration appeals and liaise with tribunals, courts, Home Office caseworkers, counsel and other stakeholders\n\n, • Maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements\n\n, • Contribute to departmental targets, supporting profitability and service excellence\n\n, • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales (or equivalent with right to practise)\n\n, • Minimum 1-3 years PQE in immigration law (or demonstrable experience handling complex immigration matters)\n\n, • Strong experience dealing with complex private immigration cases\n\n, • Practical experience in immigration appeals is essential\n\n, • Excellent drafting, advocacy, analytical and client care skills\n\n, • Confident ability to manage a varied caseload independently in a fast-paced environment\n\n This firm offers a genuinely supportive, employee-owned environment where individuals are recognised, rewarded and encouraged to develop long-term careers.
