We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and identifying high-quality candidates across the UK for our growing Accountancy and Advisory Services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and building talent pipelines As a Resourcer you will: • Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases, • Screen CVs and applications against role requirements, • Conduct initial candidate screening calls, • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies, • Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS system, • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers with interview preparation, • Support the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR processes, • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience The Ideal Resourcer: • Previous experience of recruitment within the Accounting & Advisory Services sector, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Confident using LinkedIn and online sourcing tools, • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, • Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset, • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines Desirable Skills & Experience • Understanding of accountancy qualifications and career pathways, • Familiarity of using ATS tools In Return we will offer: • Salary up to £30,000, • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, • Access to an EAP System, • Access to a Green Car Scheme, • Access to a Cycle to work Scheme, • Access to a discount portal offering discounts on high street retailers & Gym memberships, • 4x death in service
