Oversee and coordinate the activities of shop floor staff. Provide leadership, mentoring, and training as required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Handle trade and retail enquiries, resolve complaints. Monitor stock levels, oversee deliveries and return, ensure accurate recording, and support timely stock replenishment. Liaise with the warehouse team for stock coordination. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, shop security procedures, and company operational policies Manage the opening and closing of the premises. Monitor and evaluate shop performance and suggest improvements in layout, product range, and customer experience. Provide daily/weekly updates to management regarding sales, staffing, stock levels, and operational challenges.
