Job Title: Content Executive - Brand, Product & Digital Copywriting Location: Hybrid (Rochdale Office 3 Days Per Week) About Us: We are an ambitious and fast-growing business managing multiple premium web brands including Alfresia, Fire Mountain, and Vitinni. As part of our next phase of growth, we are seeking a talented, proactive, and creative Content Executive to join our expanding digital team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape how our brands sound and connect with customers across every digital touchpoint. The Role: As our Content Executive, you will be responsible for writing engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised copy across a wide variety of channels, including websites, product listings, category and collection pages, blogs, email marketing, and social media. You’ll play a key role in defining and maintaining a consistent tone of voice across Alfresia, Fire Mountain, and Vitinni, ensuring each brand’s identity shines through while driving visibility, engagement, and conversions. Working closely with the Brand Manager, Ecommerce Manager, and Marketplace Team, you will collaborate to produce content that not only informs and inspires but also helps customers discover and fall in love with our products. You will also work with the Social Media and Email Marketing teams to ensure all copy is on-brand, relevant, and optimised to deliver traffic, engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Write compelling, accurate, and SEO-optimised product copy for websites, Amazon, and other marketplaces., • Create engaging content for category and collection pages that enhances customer experience and supports search performance., • Produce blog articles and editorial content that build brand authority, inspire customers, and drive organic traffic., • Collaborate with brand, ecommerce, and marketplace teams to ensure product messaging aligns with wider commercial and promotional strategies., • Identify and incorporate relevant keywords and phrases for each channel, ensuring all copy is search-friendly and performance-driven., • Maintain and develop brand tone of voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all written content., • Support the creation of copy for social media posts, paid advertising, and email campaigns., • Optimise and refresh existing website and product content to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates., • Proofread and edit content to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment., • Stay up to date with digital trends, SEO best practices, and marketplace copywriting standards. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience writing digital and product copy for ecommerce or retail brands., • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and keyword strategy, with experience using tools to identify opportunities., • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn technical details into engaging, customer-focused copy., • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with brand, ecommerce, marketplace, and marketing teams., • Meticulous attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills., • Results-driven attitude with a passion for crafting copy that performs and converts., • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment., • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, or similar (advantageous but not essential)., • Passion for home, lifestyle, and consumer products, with an interest in growing your skills in digital content and SEO.
