Key Responsibilities: • Assisting clients with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and grooming., • Supporting mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises as outlined in care plans., • Aiding with medication management, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules., • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding, considering dietary requirements and preferences., • Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging environment., • Performing light household duties to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living space., • Accurately recording care activities and promptly reporting any concerns or changes in a client's condition., • Collaborating effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members. Requirements: • A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for others., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • The ability to work both autonomously and as an integral part of a team., • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic., • Prior experience in a care setting is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates., • A willingness to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and relevant care qualifications.

    We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role involves a combination of customer service, food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Greeting guests warmly and guiding them to their tables Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serving food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness Assisting with food preparation and presentation when required Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Supporting baristas with drink preparation as needed Assisting in setting up event spaces or private functions when required Experience Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is preferred Barista experience is a must Knowledge of food safety practices and standards Familiarity with food preparation and presentation techniques Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience working with POS systems or order-taking technology is advantageous We welcome applicants who are organised, personable, and eager to contribute to a positive guest experience.
