We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a growing Supported Living service that supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, physical disabilities, and more complex support requirements. The Heart of the Role As Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of supported living services, ensuring individuals receive high-quality, tailored support that empowers them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. What You’ll Be Doing Your role will combine leadership, compliance, operational management, and service development: • Leading the daily operation of supported living services, • Creating a positive, empowering, and person-centred culture, • Supporting individuals to maximise independence and achieve personal goals, • Ensuring support plans reflect each person’s unique needs, wishes, and aspirations Compliance & Quality • Maintaining full CQC compliance and regulatory standards, • Managing safeguarding, audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes, • Ensuring care plans and documentation remain accurate and person-centred, • Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across the service Staff Management • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing support staff, • Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and performance management, • Managing rotas, staffing levels, and overall service performance, • Creating a supportive environment where staff feel valued and motivated Growth & Service Development • Supporting referrals, assessments, and onboarding new service users, • Building strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families, • Supporting occupancy growth and service development opportunities, • Ensuring positive outcomes for both privately funded and local authority-funded packages Operational Responsibilities • Managing budgets and service performance, • Participating in on-call responsibilities where required, • Maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders and teams What Makes This Service Different This service is built around the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live as independently and confidently as possible, regardless of their support needs. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a strong, experienced leader who combines operational confidence with genuine compassion.
