Overview We’re looking for an experienced Product Governance Analyst to join our UK Retail team on a fixed-term basis, helping ensure our insurance products remain compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with regulatory standards, particularly under the FCA’s Consumer Duty. Your New Role… The role of Director, Global Field Engineering reports to the VP of Global Field Engineering and is accountable for managing the International Field Engineering Team. This includes participating in recruitment, ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed within deadlines, and ensuring appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for counselees. * Manage the billing and collection in respect of each client in their portfolio. * Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities and inform the Partner/Director and client as appropriate. * Maintain a network of professional and business contacts. * Act as an ambassador of the firm, participate in marketing events, keep abreast of the wide range of services the firm offers and suggest innovative products and services. We are expecting large growth over the coming years to add to our breadth of existing clients. We require a Manager to help us deliver exceptional client service to our expanding client base. The manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality independent reviews of annual service charge expenditure for a specific client.
