BUSINESS ANALYST – IRESS EXPERIENCE (CONTRACT)Worcestershire 6-Month Contract£300–400/day (Outside IR35) REED Technology are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IRESS platform knowledge to support change initiatives across the organisation.This role is highly delivery-focused. The frameworks are already established — the client needs someone who can operate confidently within them, drive clarity, and accelerate execution. The immediate priority is securing a Business Analyst with hands-on IRESS experience, ideally within customised platform environments. Key Responsibilities • Elicit and document business and technical requirements, • Collaborate closely with Technology teams to translate requirements into user stories, • Conduct gap analysis across platforms and operational processes, • Support UAT cycles and manage issue resolution, • Engage with internal stakeholders and AR firms, • Proven Business Analyst experience within Wealth Management, • Strong hands-on experience with IRESS (Xplan preferred), • Experience working within customised platform environments, • Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels, • Background supporting delivery-stage projects If you have the relevant experience with the IRESS Platform and immediately available for contract roles, please apply using the link provided.
