This is an exciting role for a junior graphic designer looking to build their portfolio and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support the marketing team in producing high-quality visual content for campaigns, social media, product launches, events and more. Key Responsibilities · Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets for web, social media, email, and print. · Assist in developing campaign visuals, brand materials, and product imagery. · Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life. · Maintain consistency in brand style and tone. · Support photo editing, retouching, and basic video or motion graphics work (nice to have). · Help organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets. What We’re Looking For Essential: · Degree in Graphic Design, or similar. · 2+ years of relevant design experience (in-house or agency). · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). · Understanding of digital marketing content formats (ads, reels, campaigns). · Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. · A creative thinker with strong attention to detail. · Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally. Desirable: · Interest in the watch industry, horology, or product design. · Previous experience working with a watch brand or in a product-focused industry. · Familiarity with lifestyle, luxury, or fashion branding. · Basic video editing or motion design (After Effects, Premiere). · Experience with rendering, 3D visualisation, or product mockups is a bonus - or a strong willingness to learn these skills.
