THE ROLE Purpose of the Role: As a Campaign Director, you will lead the planning, direction, and delivery of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives, budgets, and KPIs. As a Senior Campaign Director, you are the senior strategic lead for your clients, responsible for directing Influence & Advocacy (and integrated, where relevant) workstreams across the agency. You will own the development of strategic and creative plans, provide high-level counsel to senior clients, and lead integrated teams to deliver best-in-class work. This role blends leadership, commercial accountability, creativity, operational excellence, and client development. You will mentor, inspire, and elevate your team, ensuring they deliver against KPIs, financial targets, and ambitious creative standards. You will also drive the agency’s growth through senior client relationships, proactive consultancy, and involvement in new business and agency marketing initiatives. Your remit includes directing complex multi-workstream programmes, shaping insight-led Influence & Advocacy strategies, ensuring exceptional delivery standards, and championing the agency’s culture and values across every aspect of your leadership. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Campaign Excellence • Lead all strategic and creative development for Influence & Advocacy programmes, ensuring plans meet SMART objectives, target audiences, and measurable KPIs., • Oversee integrated and influencer-first responses to briefs, combining insight, strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking., • Serve as the senior contact for priority clients, providing counsel, problem-solving issues independently, and building long-term, trusted partnerships., • Identify opportunities for the agency to extend its services, cross-sell and up-sell additional solutions, and support clients across the PrettyGreen Group., • Direct, motivate, and inspire cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-performing campaigns across multiple clients simultaneously., • Own all client budgets, scope development, and finance processes, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and achievement of income targets., • Oversee campaign budgets and guide junior team members through negotiation processes to maximise profit., • Ensure all briefs have clear objectives, defined audiences, and robust measurement frameworks., • Contribute to agency client development planning and proactively uncover new opportunities within existing accounts., • Support and lead elements of new business responses, proposals, and pitch teams. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential • Extensive experience (typically 6+ years) leading influencer or integrated campaigns within communications, PR, or marketing environments., • Proven ability to direct complex integrated workstreams and teams with minimal support., • Strong experience in strategic planning across Influence & Advocacy., • Demonstrable strength in senior client leadership, consultancy, and issue-resolution., • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystem, emerging platforms, and cultural trends., • Track record of managing sizeable budgets, scopes, financial processes, and delivering against income targets., • Experience mentoring and managing teams, fostering growth, and building positive, long-term relationships., • Experience in earned-first or integrated brand communications., • Familiarity with social analytics and insights tools.
