Operations Manager (Progression to Operations Director)Location: Greater ManchesterSalary: £85,000+ + BenefitsContract: Full-time, Permanent Overview A well-established and growing industrial business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a clear pathway to Operations Director. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for driving performance, improving operations, and preparing the business for its next phase of growth. This opportunity is suited to a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership at the highest level, and is motivated by building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a multi-faceted operation spanning manufacturing, service delivery, and logistics. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business while ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
