All service users have separate tenancy agreements and service user care agreements. Essential: Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care Experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and mental health needs Developing strong strategic relationships with policy and decision makers and other senior managers in commissioning bodies CQC knowledge and previous ratings of good/outstanding Day to day running of the home At least 24 months registered manager experience Staff supervision Recruitment Budget management Day to day running of the home Implementing policies procedures Tendering for new contracts experience This role is perfect for you If you like working independently and you are looking for quick career progression.
