Purpose of the Job The Senior Account Manager will work alongside their Account Director, Our key UK client, suppliers and internal contacts to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans. Ideally you will have previous experience in the arena of a Permanent + Semi-Permanent Point of Sale Materials (POSM). You Will Be Responsible For • Working with the client and where necessary confidently challenging the brief from an informed experience, consulting and offering alternative effective solutions, • Having strong established supplier relationships, identifying local, near-shore and off-shore sourcing opportunities, • Accompanying our client out in the field in London recommending ways to elevate and hero their product above the competition, • Delivering operational excellence + effective growth strategies while managing the opportunities for the client, • Managing and owning the project cycle and leading the pitch, • Achieving and exceeding growth targets, • Providing regular forecasts to the Account Director You will be a confident ‘self-starter’ with excellent communication, relationship building and organizational skills. This role combines pitching and strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for existing clients so strong client facing and presentation skills are essential as is a strategic brain and the ability to challenge the norm and explore to do things differently. You'll work alongside our Account Director, the key UK Client, suppliers and internal contacts to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Key Responsibilities • Devise and lead technical input, challenge the brief and implement effective, outstanding and innovative solutions, • Devise and produce agreed detailed specifications based on our client’s business and your substantial experience, • Negotiate and agree deadline dates managing the whole project lifecycle, • Work with suppliers building specifications, producing 3D renders and prototypes and walk-through with the client, • Always deliver excellent customer service despite the pressure, • Closely monitoring with the supplier delivery schedules are being adhered to and planning for any risks - always having a plan B, • Ensure activity is recorded using our systems, • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global's services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their display solutions, • Implement new methods and procedures as required, • Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting, • Ensure invoicing procedures are followed, • Able to attend meetings away from the regular workplace (usually Hammersmith) as required, • Work with Account Director to identify and win new business opportunities., • Agree and manage budgets and P&Ls, • Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs, • Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers, • Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies Knowledge, Skills + Experience • Substantial, strong previous experience in leading Permanent + Semi-Permanent activations, • Ability to confidently recommend alternative solutions and manufacture methods, • Ability to work develop a display from scratch and articulate to suppliers, • A well-established relationship with UK and offshore suppliers and know when to use which, • Ability to remain calm when faced with issues and can manage multiple projects at the same time, • Strong Client Service experience and has built credible customer relationships at senior level, • Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience, • Good understanding of Marketing Services concepts, • Naturally builds and maintains rapport with the client, • Is comfortable analyzing and interpreting financial data and produces accurate reports, • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals, • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, • Takes a logical and systematic approach to work, • Takes a flexible approach to work and encourages others to do so, • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members, • Ability to understand current/changing business strategy and participate in delivering it, • Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies, • Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment, • Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills, • Strong presentation skills, ability to present convincingly to a senior audience, • Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills We thank all applicants for their interest in a career with us.
