Data Engineer (FCSF111) Contract: Fixed term 12-month contract, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility) Salary: £43,993 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. Location: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Newcastle, Brighton, Bristol or Cambridge (The role will be based in any of the locations listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Azure Data Factory, maintaining data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a crucial role in supporting critical transition activities, modernizing legacy systems, and contributing to strategic planning for future systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-based data solutions, strong analytical skills, and a background in computer science or a related field.
