Systems Coordinator - Quality & ComplianceLocation: Kettering, NorthamptonshireSalary: Up to £25,235Hours: 37.5 hours per weekContract: PermanentA leading technical testing and consultancy organisation is looking for a Systems Coordinator to join its Furniture and Floor Coverings teams.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Quality, Compliance or QMS experience who enjoys working with processes, documentation and detail.You'll play an important role in maintaining and developing the quality management and health & safety systems across the business areas, helping ensure that testing activities continue to meet the required standards and accreditation requirements.The RoleWorking alongside experienced technical and management teams, you'll receive full training before taking responsibility for a range of quality and compliance activities.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining accurate quality-related records and documentationManaging calibration and equipment maintenance recordsCompleting risk assessments and supporting technical assessmentsAssisting with measurement and uncertainty calculationsCoordinating check testing and trial participationSupporting preparation for annual UKAS auditsOrganising audit documentation and evidenceSupporting accreditation scope extensions where requiredAssisting with the creation and maintenance of standard operating proceduresMaintaining training and competency recordsPurchasing and verifying standard materialsCompleting COSHH documentation where applicableSupporting Health & Safety compliance across the departmentsWorking with managers and technical teams to identify and implement improvementsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable working within structured quality systems .You will ideally have:A-Level Maths or equivalentPrevious experience working within a Quality environmentExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions accuratelyGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsThe ability to work independently and manage changing prioritiesA methodical and reliable approach to workGood problem-solving skillsThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamExperience with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, QMS, quality control or quality assurance would be highly advantageous.Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and previous experience working within a regulated or technical environment would also be beneficial.What's on Offer?Salary up to £25,23537.5 hours per week25-28 days' annual leave, depending on serviceLife assuranceGroup personal pension schemeIncome protectionFree on-site parkingFull training and development providedIf you're currently working in Quality, Compliance, QMS or a technical administration environment and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a specialist technical organisation, we'd be keen to hear from you.Quality Coordinator, Quality Systems Coordinator, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Quality Control Coordinator, QMS Coordinator, Quality & Compliance Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, Quality Administrator, Quality Assurance Administrator, Quality Control Administrator, Quality Systems Administrator, QMS Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Technical Compliance Coordinator, Technical Quality Coordinator, Quality & H&S Coordinator, Quality Management Systems Coordinator, ISO Coordinator, ISO 17025 Coordinator, Accreditation Coordinator, Quality Systems Assistant, Quality Assurance Assistant, Quality Control Assistant, Technical AdministratorTPBN1_UKTJ
