Overview: The Brand Visual Manager plays a critical role in scaling our retail footprint, unifying our wholesale presence, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints. This role is responsible for crafting and executing compelling brand storytelling through visual directives, while supporting the development of strategies that drive brand awareness, achieve sales goals, and maximize profitability across both retail and wholesale channels. The Visual Brand Manager will lead the execution of visual directives, window displays, and the overall maintenance of retail and wholesale environments to ensure brand consistency and deliver an elevated customer experience. Additionally, this role will develop, implement, and manage all product knowledge (PK), brand, and visual merchandising (VM) training programs for both retail teams and wholesale partners. To support growth across the EU, this role will also partner with the Director of Brand Visual Merchandising to develop strategies that resonate with the European customer and ensure Veronica Beard remains competitive in the global retail landscape The Preferred Candidate with live in London, UK. REPORTS TO: Director, Brand Visual Merchandising Responsibilities: Visual Merchandising & Brand Excellence • Collaborate in the development of the Global Visual Directive, crafting compelling brand storytelling and ensuring alignment across all channels while supporting market nuances, seasonal trends, and merchandising strategies within the assigned territory., • Lead and develop the field team in executing visual directives, driving brand awareness, visual excellence, and ROI across both retail and wholesale environments., • Plan, execute, and follow up on key brand rollouts, initiatives, and window installations; partner with retail and wholesale teams to effectively implement product launches, trunk shows, and events, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, PK trainings, and signage standards., • Manage photo submissions and visual reviews; conduct regular touch-bases with field visual teams and partners, submitting weekly recaps with performance highlights, opportunities, and budget considerations., • Support or lead new store openings within the territory, leveraging visual talent and resources across the field as needed., • Maintain VB brand standards across wholesale and retail environments—including scent, fixtures, lighting, plant life, and propping—while tailoring communication to each location’s specific needs., • Develop and implement standardized training programs, visual visit protocols, and communication processes for both Retail and Wholesale teams; support the creation of VM education and training tools., • Train Field Visual, Retail, and Wholesale teams on seasonal brand messaging, floor set execution, spatial adaptation, and local business needs., • Uphold and promote the VB brand aesthetic through dress code standards and styling guidance for all Retail employees and Wholesale partners., • Partner with Field Leaders and Wholesale accounts to identify business opportunities and implement strategic, on-brand visual merchandising solutions., • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to present visual strategies and opportunities across the assigned territory., • Conduct competitive analysis throughout the territory, identifying trends in product, visual presentation, displays, and seasonal timing., • Participate in line passes and buy reviews, offering insight into regional product opportunities and informing territory-specific visual strategies., • Communicate key product takeaways, sell-through performance, and assortment feedback to cross-functional partners and corporate teams; attend meetings to help inform future product and business planning. QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5 years in experience leading visual execution in a fast paced, multi - unit retail or wholesale environment., • Expert knowledge implementing visual merchandising strategies and standard across multiple categories., • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail, • Experienced in leading field teams and training on Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, and Visual Merchandising standards., • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time and work a flexible schedule based on visual execution needs.
