• Lead and scale TikTok LIVE operations across key emerging markets, translating product vision and strategic direction into actionable business goals and execution plans., • Own the regional livestreaming business: identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, and content partners., • Drive online and offline marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, educational programs, and participation in industry events and forums., • Partner closely with top creators to boost engagement and retention; contribute to revenue and monetization strategies by aligning product offerings with user demand and market trends., • Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact., • 5+ years of experience in content, partnerships, marketing, or business operations in technology, media, entertainment, or related industries., • 5+ years of leadership and team management experience., • Strong business acumen and familiarity with the dynamics of emerging markets, has 0 to 1 market launch experience., • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment., • Fluent in English., • Experience launching and scaling teams or operations from the ground up., • Strong understanding of local economic and financial landscapes.
