This role requires a hands-on operator who thrives in busy services, understands pace, and can manage large teams and high guest numbers confidently. We are particularly interested in candidates from strong branded or independent high-volume quality restaurants those used to multi-cover operations, busy trading patterns, and delivering consistency at scale. Hotel experience is not essential; proven restaurant volume experience is key.
